25 FPS internacionalni festival eksperimentalnog filma i videa traži radove koji teže iskoristiti sve konceptualne, tehnološke i produkcijske mogucnosti filmskog i video medija, radove koji se na inovativan nacin oslanjaju na tradiciju avangardnog filma i eksperimentalnofilmskog roda, radove koji otkrivaju nove forme pokretne slike.
SELEKCIJA Završetak prijava: 1. lipnja 2010. (radovi koji u festivalski ured stignu nakon 15. lipnja nece se razmatrati). Predselekcijski format: DVD (PAL i NTSC). NE prihvacaju se DivX formati i ostali formati na CD-u!
UVJETI SUDJELOVANJA Eksperimentalni filmovi završeni nakon 1. sijecnja 2008. Tranjanje: 20 minuta. Formati za festivalsku projekciju: 16 mm, 35 mm, Digital Betacam PAL, Betacam SP PAL, HDCAM (PAL!).
VIDEOTEKA 25 FPS ima festivalsku videoteku namijenjenu akreditiranim profesionalcima. U nju su automatski ukljuceni svi predselekcijski primjerci. Ako autor ne želi priložiti svoj rad i za videoteku, mora to naglasiti na prijavnici.

25 FPS is looking for works that explore conceptual and technological possibilities of the medium; works that relate to the tradition of experimental and avant-garde film making in an innovative way; works that reveal new forms of the moving image.

VIDEOTEKA 25 FPS VIDEOLIBRARY All preview DVDs submitted for the Competition will automatically be available at the video library for the professionals. If the author doesn't want his/her work to be available in the library, he/she has to specify it at the end of the printed and signed application form.
